Being in the present moment with a focus on being with the breath and body to help us ground and centre. At this time of year there can be more demands on our time. We can find ourselves being swept up into the chaos and hustle and bustle, the endless to-do-lists, rushing from one thing to the next that we lose a sense of being grounded.
